Just had the worst customer service ever at this McDonald's! Ordered coffee and a Happy Meal and was told you can't order this here..oh really I do every other time..so then she put it through..charged me wrong..no that's right..no it's wrong..just pay she said you re so rude..changed the charge without saying sorry you were right..just pay. To be spoken to like that in a McDonald's..I felt like slapping herreported her to the manager.The manager agreed that you could order both together and said she would speak to her.
Customer service?? What customer service? Disgraceful!!

Situated in a good location. Staff are friendly and professional. The road entrance to this McDonald's could be better. The drive through staff and monitor never say/displays the price of what you purchased, always have to ask for it. The Mocha, Hot chocolate are not very great. It's still a good place to stop by.

Good service, reasonable value and usual, reliable McDonald's quality, same as most other McDonald's really. It has a great playground and interactive space for kids of all ages that will keep them occupied. Can get very busy lunchtime during the weekend (to be expected though).

I used to like this place. The order was coming quick. The employees very friendly. Just 1 thing im aware, your play equiptment very dirty. Dont think it gets sterilise or clean very often, so oily and dusty. I just can see without touching it.
My son was coming home sick after play in your play area.

Great kids play facilities. Staff bring your order to your table. Lots of variety with seating and tables.

Seems like a petty complaint, but I have never been served the wrong order so many times. Whilst making myself clear as crystal ordering, I have being given on three seperate occasions the wrong order, I rate this Mc Donald's the lowest possible, 0

Just to say how impressed I am by McDonald's at Cranbourne North, is helped I know being fairly new but I was quite blown away being a senior and taking advantage of a senior free tea with my wrap was served at the table with a lovely teapot, my choice of tea and they even have cushions around the very comfortable seating. It takes me 20 minutes to get there but I choose to make the effort as the experience is always so enjoyable, and congratulations to the Management for the innovative and thoughtful touch been brought to this Maca's.

Their service was amazing. It was like you were at a full on restaurant. They brought your food over. They asked if the meal is ok. They ask to clear the table. They say to have a fantastic day as you walk out the door. Wonderful service.

Gave me my meal in a rude way.

Got to the window she pushed the meal into my hands nearly made me drop it all on the floor and didnt say anything and closed the window tried to complain but saw me and just ignored me.
I knocked on the window and i said manager here and now.
Manager came out and oh sorry blah blah and said ill give you your money back and i rejected his nice offer as the food was fine its the staff that need be trained properly and have much better customer service skills and just be nice.

The lady on the driveway counter was extremely rude!! So disappointed about their service. Highly requesting to get a well-trained staff with good manners and quality service
