Ordered a Big Mac meal with a strawberry thick shake. The Big Mac didn't have any sauce on it & was cold & dry, thick shake wasn't thick more like a milk shake only plus the fries were hot. This McDonald's is hopeless it should of stayed closed after the fire we always have something wrong or left out from this store but I thought I would give them another go after re opening. I usually don't rant but enough is enough I will be going back to Westall Rd store can't fault them at all we have never had a wrong meal from there & everthing is still hot when you get home & its further away. Seriously something needs to be done with this store this was one meal we usually order for six maybe the staff at Westall Rd should come in and show them how it's done.

Dropped in for a coffee. Rubbish bins outside all over flowing. Went inside all bins also over flowing even rubbish on tables everywhere. Turn left and went to a cafe further down road.

Worst maccas around, sat at drive thru window for 5 min then moved to the next window to be told to reverse up to first window again, got the free muffin deal with coffee to be told they were out of date and I couldn’t have one ! Filthy toilets and dirty outside, avoid the place if possible .

Worst mc donald's that I ever been ..
I'm not from england so I do not have phone number to call uber eats and also car to go to drive trough so I didn't have a meal because it says that is open 24 hours only if you have wheels ? Don't make sence . And also , the manager to explain me that, it doesn't have talk to me how she should as me as a costumerresponse / report this review -

#Yummy Jalepeno chicken wraps no longer available
#Yummmy Spicy Chicken wrapsno more.
Inconsistant for wrap lovers
#Overpriced Caeser Wrap very average eating experience.
#Grillled chicken (sometimes overcooked & tough with dark grill marks *not necessarily this or every Macca outlet.)
#Deep fried Fish Fillet in steamed bun bland & not worth ordering
#Sugercone ice cream on and off the menu
😥Reduces choice for non red meat eaters..
Bring back the wraps

The food we waited in drive-though for was nice but my sons happy meal that we were given right away was luke-warm at best. Not 'lovin it'.

The automated kiosk was so dirty it didn't work properly. It took more time to place the order via the kiosk than waiting in queue and talking to someone. Food was warm and fresh when it arrived.

Very bad! Over charged me, $1 dollar hotcake, i been charged $4.20, after i fund out, refund me, $1.20, should refund $3.20. Took me 10mins wait them to finish in 9.30am. Yes then im late for work, because of this bad store. I want to rate this even 0 star.

I have been multiple time, as I do the coffee run for the office most of the time I had hoped the first time I went that it was just a busy day and the next time it would be better, but not the case. The service is incredibly poornever a readily available cashier and it ALWAYS feels like too much effort for them to do their jobs. Unfortunately, any hard working staff are over shadowed by the general pathetic atmosphere and attitudeSuch a shame to see this wasted potential.

I ordered a cookie but John with the monnobrow said no but I asked his manager and that's how it goes. Horrible service my bun seemed to be dropped in a sticky substance but one of work colleagues paid me generously with a free bj
