Ash gave our large family a ride to the airport. He arrived early, which put my mind at ease. He provided a clean car seat for our young child, and he helped us manage all of our suitcases. We enjoyed our ride very much, as Ash was friendly and a very safe driver. I would recommend his service highly.

We had a good experience with Maxi Cab and Ash, who helped us arrange an airport pickup when we arrived from abroad with many bags and carseats for our big move to Melbourne. Ash checked in to assure us someone would be there when we arrived (a late flight). The driver was kind and transport smooth. Would recommend!

I recently visited my sister in Melbourne and was so happy. I found this taxi service.
I am in a wheelchair, and the drivers were very careful. I always felt safe and was treated with Care and respect.
The taxis were very clean and the drivers very professional. They always arrived on time and were usually early.
I highly recommend this taxi service, you could not do any better, they were five star in every respect.

Fantastic communication from Ash. Was very prompt and arrived on time as discussed. Was able to accommodate us with lots of luggage and our infant, so provided a baby car seat for us. Very friendly. Will use again next time we come to Melbourne.

My experience with Maxi Cab Melbourne Airport in December 2021 was superb. It was our family's first time in Australia and the company picked us up from the airport with all of our several luggage. The co-ordination was quite seamless and went the extra mile to make our pick-up and drop-off stress free. The company even allowed alternative fee payment arrangement since we could not pay in cash because the currency exchange services had closed. We recommend them for usage. Isa
