Excellent place! Everybody is so helpful and supportive. Shaneel is amazing at his job and really cares for his patients. Kim at the reception is very friendly and kind. Thanks heaps guys

Just took my braces off, I was shocked at how good they looked, I was so happy with them they did an amazing job couldn't be any happier. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I am not happy with their customer service. They seems try to delay time when I want to book the appointment. Last year, I had to wait 2 months after removing the teeth so I could have the braces on. This years, they called me and said because of the pandemic, they delayed my appointment until middle of August and if anything change they will contact me for earlier appointment. At that time I was ok but since now, they haven’t contacted me yet and it’s weird because the restaurants are allowed to open for long. Today I called them and they are fully booked for adjustment until next week. Are you kidding me? I have to waited for several months without adjustment and you see other patients? I pay $7600 for your service and that what I got? I am not Australian citizen so my visa won’t last forever, wasting time for your poor service. So, after roughly 15 months, they only adjust my teeth a few times (2-3 minutes per time) and I wonder they really want to finish it for the sake of their customers or they just want to attract more customers and delay time to see current clients?
I keep 2 stars because of your dentists are good but I am annoyed with your customer service.
Editing on 14/9/2020: I has received the responses from The Look Orthodontics as well as observed how they treat me during the last few months. As it is ok, I have raised my review stars and will delete my negative review when I consider that I receive the decent service from them. I think it is possible. They are very professional! Dr. Lon is very nice and the result of my teeth is amazing under his treatment. I could not be happier with my teeth now. Big smile:)). The best orthodontist ever!

Absolutely amazing experience, I can't thank Dr Shaneel enough.
Just over 18 months ago I promised myself to fix my teeth before I was 30, I was extremely self conscious of them and had mastered covering them up when I speak. I was 27 (28 now) and had an international move on the horizon. My partner and I were going to move our life to the UK (her home) once her visa finished in June 2020.
It was November 2018, so time was of the essence (if I wanted to stick to my promise of straight teeth @ 30). I compiled a list of orthodontists in my area and sent them photos of my teeth, with x-rays and info regarding my travel plans in 2020. Only one orthodontist got back to me.
Dr Shaneel was impeccable and went above and beyond from the get go, he saw me and my position, contacted me directly and literally moved things around to see me the next day! He had a look at my teeth and said he believed he could straighten them in time, he is definitely a man of efficiency! He made me feel very confident and after that one consultation we had all the paperwork sorted and we got my braces on before Christmas!
Dr Shaneel was always there, very fast at responding to emails and always happy to answer questions. As time went on my travel plans advanced to May, Dr Shaneel was happy to work with that and my teeth were coming along amazing.
As we approached May, the pandemic hit, through this time I was personally going through the nightmare of having an approved visa but everything in lockdown and all my flights cancelled. On top of that my original date to get my braces off had to be cancelled due to dental restrictions. Through this time I never doubted Dr Shaneel, he was completely transparent with me and we communicated constantly. It was not an easy position to be in for either of us but the way Dr Shaneel and all the staff at The Look navigated my situation was nothing short of incredible and professional.
After lots of communication with juggling the pandemic, my braces and my flights we managed to secure a time to get them off, before my partners visa expired and 3 days before my departure.
Not only did The Look and Dr Shaneel make me a more confident person and helped me achieve a personal goal, but they did this through extreme circumstances and never dropped the ball once. I would recommend The Look Orthodontics to anyone looking for braces, I seriously could not flaw them.
I am now living my new life in the UK, getting used to showing my teeth, but a much happier confident person.
