  Recently enquired about legal representation for lost generation claims & redress claims. Person who contacted me said they can’t assist. Not just that, she claimed she can’t send me an email as they don’t have that kind of facility within their business as it’s redirected mail. I asked for confirmation email which indicates how many lawyers refuse to represent & Morris Blackburn being the first to contact. From my experience, not just within Australia but all over the world, business use our resources to gain profit yet when it comes to help an indigenous person profit from something, theres only excuses as to why they cant assist. They would’ve profited from it but it just shows their not interested in helping an aboriginal person even if they were paid to do it.

  Kind, polite, ethical and honest lawyers - we found them while looking for representation in my Mesothelioma Workers Compensation battle.
  
  Jonathon and the team were methodical and meticulous, they came to us and were obliging with advice, support and case guidance.
  
  They really care and this is obvious, they were genuine and over-delivered. Without their support, I would not have found the strength to fight. They helped me get in contact with a Doctor who could help me and now my prognosis has changed from 5-months, now I have years to enjoy with my family.

  Maurice Blackburn handled my case with care and concern for my wellbeing, explained the process in detail every step of the way, communicated with me regularly by email and phone and kept me updated on the status of my claim, were very professional and achieved a higher outcome than anticipated. I highly recommend them to any future plaintiff.

  We found Maurice Blackburn to be courteous, committed and understanding of my claim for compensation. They moved quickly in processing my initial circumstances and as these legal matters are very slow moving, MB kept me up to date re the latest developments.
