From the moment I contacted Justin from Craven Lawyers regarding my criminal matter I felt supported and reassured about what my options were and the best path for me to take with proceedings. I had consultations with four different law firms in the Brisbane area and it was a no brainer Craven Lawyers was the best option for me. Justin was fantastic throughout the entire process, no hidden chargers or fees and no BS. As a result of the accusations and seriousness of the chargers against me I was struggling financially at the time. Justin was very understanding of that, allowing me to pay off my proceedings through the magistrates court via a payment plan and when my matter progressed to the district court for trial was fantastic in helping me apply for legal aid continuing to represent me throughout. Any time I had a query or I felt uneasy Justin was always available to explain things be it via email or a phone conversation. When my matter went to trial I had the utmost confidence in Justin and our barrister following several thorough meetings and conferences constructing a game plan I could understand.
