Having been employed in the commercial cleaning sector my entire working life, I can say I have finally found a professional all round company who’s support and understanding make all aspects of cleaning enjoyable. It has been lovely to work for a company that reward and congratulate hard work and attention to detail!
I have no trepidation when approaching management as there has not been one instance where I have not been treated fairly or received with genuine interest. Jordan and Debbie listen to concerns and opinions with an open mind and supportive outlook, and make decisions to ensure the smooth running of the company as well as the happiness of cleaning teams. Another alleviation of stress, is being employed by a company treats its employees as people, including making sure pay is as it should be and the use of high quality products.
