They moved from Belconnen and didn`t change their address anywhere. Not here, not on their web-site. I wasn`t notified about the change of the address even when I made a booking (on-line booking and phone confirmation). I came to Belconnen and spent 20 minutes looking for them at Benjamin Way. Only after I made a phone call was I notified that the salon is not in Belconnen any more. Very negligent and inconsiderate.

I haven't had a proper haircut for over 4 years and was weary about getting it done. But after going here, I now feel safe in the hands of Shelley! She did such a great job and made me feel really comfortable with she was doing. The salon is set up so well and the girl that washed my hair was so lovely!! I cannot get over how great she made my hair look!! Sweetest hairdresser and is very truthful which is important!!!

I have just had my first full colour in years and it is fantastic!! A bad reaction to colouring products prevented me from getting my hair coloured, but Michelle went out of her way to find a product and patch test it on me before using it for the first time. Tennile gave me a fantastic cut and used the colour beautifully. I am so thrilled with the result. Thanks to the team for a great job and a very enjoyable afternoon.

When you walk into the B-U salon you are met with very warm and friendly staff. The new owner is dedicated to ensuring that her clients needs are met. Tenille my hairdresser is so caring and dedicated to her clients. I walked out feeling like a new person with my colour, foils and haircut. My husband said that he liked my new look. Thanks girls! Have a very Merry Christmas and I will see you in the New Year.

Fantastic, always feel relaxed while I am there. All the staff are friendly and professional. As a mature person I enjoy the buzz and the way they cater for all ages. I love the "one stop shop" where I can save time by having beauty as well as hair attended to. Paul is a genius with colour and cutting. The opening hours are fantastic for busy people.
