We stayed at the offsite villa. From what we could tell it was the better option. It was very clean and has convenient for parking. We also had access to marty's little beach pool that was within walking distance. If we come back to Nelsons Bay we will stay at the same place again.

We just had wonderful stay here 😊😊 it's clean, close to the beaches ( back and front ) . Jenn has been awesome, he helped us to get a room when we just realized the we wrongly put the dates 👌👍👍 surely will comeback

Its an ok place. Staff are nice. It is very close to everything you want. BUT rooms have a funny sickly smell in the heat of the day. The air cond. is on 2hr timers which you have to push to keep it going. Take some tape. I would give 5 stars otherwise.

Beautiful place, friendly staff, thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Really wish we'd booked longer than a long weekend and will definitely be back. Would highly recommend to friends and family

where do I start, well going to our room was disappointing . Our 'balcony' faced a brick wall and the main stairs ..which everyone has to walk up to , to get to their hotel room. No privacy at all! The living room sliding door faced the stairs so we had to close that with the blinds. Our kitchen and bedroom window faced a massive block of units that people could easily look straight into, so we didn't feel comfortable leaving that open either. For the 5 nights we stayed there ..not once was our bins changed nor did they bother to give us bin liners. They don't change your towels everyday like normal hotels , every second day and that's it. They didn't give us any fresh linen for the bed , nor make the bed either. Didn't give us any new complimentary shampoos/ conditioners.. Anything would have been nice .. We are paying $$ to stay there. When I went to change the DVDs I was Ignored by the staff. My husband saw one staff which looked at him and said nothing so he said good morning? The Morning / afternoon& evening ..children were in the pool screaming just like kids are which is fine but that didn't allow us to have any time to enjoy that. That's fine and all but it's just another added issue if you just want to enjoy a 5 minute dip. The appliances are old , the back of the fridge had rust. The door to our bedroom had a massive chip out of it. I went to open the book that the staff instructed us to read in relation to the " house rules" I began reading that the smoke alarms are sensitive. That they are wired to the fire station and if by chance we set it off we would be given the bill .. Oh and that a birthday candle could set it off. So we decided to go out every night and were to anxious about cooking anything. The DVD player was in the living room which had an uncomfortable 2 seater .. Wow just so disappointed. It is a bit of a drive to the marina and shops , woolies etc. not convenient with location. I would not recommend this to any couple seeking a romantic getaway So annoyed - I Will not be returning here ever again .. What a waste of my holiday leave.
