Found them to be unreliable failed to update on item that was promised two days after deposit then when I rang they told me it was still a week away

Brought a rear bar last year november have only just had it fitted 10 months later not happy at all coming from a company that is so well known and backs it self on good customer service and products. I specifically asked when i ordered the rear bar that it would be able to fit my big tyres and was assured that it could ( found out when i got home that this wasnt the case at all ) then when installing my rear bar they have taken off my reverse camera left it on my back seat and didnt even bother to tell me 😡 my rear bar had a tiny bit of damage on it that didnt really bother me too much but no price adjustment was made and even after waiting almost 11 months i still paid the full price wont be using tjm anymore its actually disappointing…..

Bought a redarc gauge from Tjm supply and fit the boost function worked fine but the egt function didn’t work from the get go 😕 they advised that they couldn’t get it to work at point of picking Hilux up, fast forward 3 weeks numerous calls and emails with pics attached of it not working, get told to bring it back in for the fitter to have a look at it unscrews the probe can’t see anything wrong screws it back up and tells me to contact redarc myself so it becomes a me problem not a Tjm problem 😕

Customer service is amazing and very friendly staff I have had some suspension work done on my car here and haven’t had any issues or problems! They even helped me out with some wiring issues on my camper saving me some troubles and looking after my safety! Great team with massive knowledge and the shop is very well set up!
