Ordered a boss katana on a public holiday at midday. Delivered locally at 5pm that same day.
Super friendly and helpful staff. They also did an excellent job at setting up my acoustic.

I have been a customer off and on at this store, whilst recent times the store has lost some of its lustre ( owner arrogance) ??? But I like to have a look and talk to Joe as he is very old school like the good old days when service meant something not just chase the sale. I have bought a few items ( not small either) and if not for Joe I would not set foot in this shop at all.After a recent nasty and moronic message from The owners daughter . I would not recommend anyone support this store at all . Sydney has no decent Music Stores left Now .
