Don't expect your appointment to be on time at least 30mins plus wait time

First and last I went to this clinic, The Doctor saw me wasn't in a good day, and tell me I have only 5 minutes, He don't give time for tell all my problem, He take me for a check about my operation I had in Mackay Hospital, and very rude not idem cover part off me for see the holes, he look only I was seat in a chair. Never one Doctor did this to me, don't go this clinic any more.

Always waiting an hour which is a massive inconvenience. For a clinic that seems so each savvy with booking how hard is t to send patience a text when they know the day is falling behind schedule!

Every time I visit this GP, they are running behind schedule. I understand that you never know how long an appointment will go for and that the doctors are doing their best to catch up but when the receptionists are giggling and chatting at their desk rather than letting the patients know how many people are ahead of you or just a simple apology for the delay when the appointment is half an hour late is completely unacceptable for a professional clinic that claims to offer exceptional customer service. Total BS.

Terrible GP clinic - never bulk bills even for a follow up appointment or for children. Never go here, they only want your $$$$.

If you have a chronic pain condition and are looking for a new GP. Avoid this practice. They will not give you prescriptions for the medications you are currently on! Very disappointed with GP.

Very badfound another medical centre. Too expensive and another GP was able to diagnose correctly. Would not recommend this medical centre.
