Application process was the fastest and most hassle free I have ever experienced. Nathan Ho (lending Manager) was extremely responsive, personable and helpful. The whole process was completed inside of a day. Remarkable!!

Lumi were fantastic to deal with for an overdraft. Kristine was amazing to deal with and so helpful every step of the way. She was always available for any questions we had. She was also very friendly and lovely!

Nathan Ho was very good to deal with from the beginning. Extremely efficient and got my loan funded within the day. Overall great experience. Most of the time, the interest rate and loan terms mean nothing, I decide my lender based on the service they provide - great Nathan and Lumi team.
