After what was initially a positive experience, a few months later I found that the 'black Mark' on my credit history had only been removed from one credit agency and not both as promised. So basically only HALF the job they had been paid and committed to do had actually competed..

The follow up & response from the CCS guys was quite poor but in fairness they did eventually resolve & fix up the issue with the second credit agency.

Stay clear of these guys!!!!!!!
I reached out to these guys in 2019 for a credit problem from 2013. They were great at the start and cleared my name but 2 years later the same thing appeared on my credit report again. When I called them to discuss the issue they want me to pay them again to fix the same problem. I would recommend you stay away from these guys to avoid the nasty loop.

Absolutely outstanding is an understatement. My experience with clear credit solutions from start to finish was nothing but professional, timely and informative.

At first I spoke to Josh who not only extremely professional and insightful but took the time to ask me questions and understand my situation before handing me over to Dan who took over my case. Dans professionalism and expertise is out of this world (no exaggeration, he’s fantastic) and not only did he manage to clear two defaults off my record within the 30 day period he had informed me, his customer services skills are on point. Two weeks in he gave me a detailed update and explained the entire process to me and spent time to make sure I understood everything which is something not many places do, truly appreciative of the this!!!!

Finally once he informed me that both defaults were wiped (my credit rating jumped +300 points within 3 days!!!!) he spent another half an hour talking to me over the phone congratulating me and ensuring I was satisfied with the services, as well as gave me genuine advice on how to handle these situations.

Once again, absolutely outstanding services provided especially for the price. I am able to refinance my car (currently paying 28% interest, now looking at getting this down to around the 10% mark) and get the mortgage I was after. Can not thank these guys enough, absolute legends!!!!!
