Many thanks for providing an excellent gate. We are impressed with the quality and attention to detail. The two half-gates align precisely. The pedestrian gate handle is solid. The gates fold back just enough to provide full car clearance. The welding is high quality. The auto-closure is very quiet. The letterbox is functional and unobtrusive. You have reproduced the gate pattern just as we wanted.
We suggest the following:
Your customer service be improved after the deposit has been paid. We understand pesky general enquiries are time consuming, however, could you give customers a hot-line?
Email the customer on the progress. Use various stages of the work to prompt yourselves to advise the customer?

These jokers don’t even want to quote. Call their number, they don’t answer nor return calls. Avoid.

I’m editing based on your response. Unfortunately, you won’t find Eve on the message - you’ll find my partner who’s left several - and emails, none of which are responded to. So whilst I’m sorry for your loss - your facts are wrong and you do not return calls nor emails and it seems from your reviews we are not the only ones who’ve had this experience, or lack of.

It’s a real shame you have time to respond to this review but not the calls or emails that have been left over several days. I wanted to support and do support small business but what you’ve replied is simply incorrect.
