Great place to stay. Very large, plenty of space and excellent fitout. Location is perfect as a base to explore the area, with amazing food, drink and spa options in close proximity. Only negative the six of us could find were the flimsy and mostly broken wooden chairs in the main living area - kept falling apart, and had loose nails to catch clothing on. Very minor complaint, will no doubt be corrected soon.

Close to Hepburn Main street.
Stayed in the studio.
Spa is huge, easily fitting two people.
Bed is comfortable and the bedding provided was great given the cooler evenings.
Has everything one could need for a couple's weekend away.
Owner was attentive and responsive to our questions. Would happily stay there again.

Room was warm and comfortable, with good heating and bedding. Location was nice, easy walking distance to the general store, cafes and restaurants. Tough uphill walk to town is enjoyable for some exercise, or there are taxis available. Spa was great. Just FYI, shower and spa are both right in the room, no privacy so definitely couples only. Things that would bring it up to five stars: wifi, toaster, more reliable TV (some sound no picture), some creative storage and bench space (shelves not too sturdy or useful). Overall a very pleasant weekend stay, would definitely consider again for a stop in Hepburn Springs.
