Staff are always very friendly and polite. The transparency of pricing is really good, it's always been fair and reasonable as well as having lower quotes than other mechanics in the area.

I turned to LeMans Milton to look after my new-to-me Suzuki Swift that needed some TLC upon purchase. Michael and the team were absolutely fantastic, keeping me updated every step of the way and making sure my car left the workshop in exceptional working order. I was provided with a full write-up of all the service items taken care of during my car's visit, the pricing for service items and labour was very reasonable, and the option of paying by AfterPay was extremely helpful. I will absolutely be bringing my car back to the team at LeMans Milton for all of my future maintenance needs!

Flushed and replenished my car’s coolant. First time experience. Price quoted for the job was higher than others but granted business because they confirmed using mechanics certified to the make and model of my vehicle.

Fluid was replaced as requested but upon inspection I noticed it was filled below Min with the car on a downward slope. They said the coolant level had dropped due to mechanical ingestion which is fine but I would expect they would know and top up to Max.

As for product, they charged the equivalent to premium retail 5L which is surprising given they are affiliated with the supplier, paying wholesale and in a car with a 35L fuel tank.

Finally a quick chat with the mechanics, who confirmed they can’t perform warranty work suggesting they may not be certified or approved and wary of voiding warranties.

Culture and integrity is a priceless commodity but unfortunately in short supply.

One of the best mechanics I have ever had to deal with. Was finished same day getting my repairs and service done, and a few weeks later even diagnosed several problems for me at no charge! As a student cash for these sorts of things is hard to come by, it was greatly appreciated. Michael and the team were very polite and professional throughout.
