Great customer service, very knowledgeable. My car is running like she's new again, yet she was built in 1996. The motor is as quiet as a mouse, and she no longer gives the occasional shudder when she idles, yet she's idling even lower. The air-conditioning is fixed. Bill even replaced my bulbs and gave the car a clean, and with four kids, it needed a clean. Most importantly, Louca Automotive are honest, they don't pad bills. I highly recommend them.

4 years later and I'm still just as happy with this service. Now as my kids are getting older I have them take their kids to Louca Automotive and Electrical too, because my kids are the most important people in my world, and I need to know that the person looking after their cars is doing the right thing so my kids are safe on the road.

Bill Louca is a man of the utmost integrity. I appreciate his calm demeaner, sage advice and his incisive ability to swiftly diagnose and identify automotive problems of varying nature and complexity. The reception staff are wonderful and I’m always grateful for their timely communications. Having experienced incompetent, opportunistic mechanics many years ago, it's nice to feel that I’m a valued client and that my vehicle is safe. The Louca group has had my complete trust for two years, and I say unreservedly that Bill’s the best mechanic I’ve had in 50+ years of being a motorist. Five platinum stars for the team.
