Stop here! Best menu I've seen in ages. It was so hard to choose. We ended up getting a Mexican spud and a chicken panini. The helpings were generous and delicious. Iced mocha and thickshake were nice too. The only thing I'd fault is over charging for baby chino's. $2.50 is way more than we pay at most cafes. Playground for the kids, beautifully decorated, fantastic service and atmosphere. I just wish we lived closer because we'd be regulars for sure.

Terrible! We paid $76 for the following experienceUpon entry we were told to take menus and sit wherever we want. We chose to sit outside and advised staff of this. We also advised that the table we were sitting at had dirty dishes and needed cleaning. After waiting approx 30 minutes our table still wasn't cleaned. We got up and asked again, despite waitresses coming around and serving the 2 tables near us. When our table was eventually cleaned, I had to ask for it to be re-done because food scraps and stickiness was not removed. As we were never directed to make our order at the counter, we sat and waited at our table.
We advised staff twice that we were ready to order before we were told to order at the counter. The drinks were good but 3 of the 4 meals had issues. One had what appeared to be an eyelash on the plate, another had an ingredient we asked to be left off the dish, and the third contained onion peel. I rarely complain but this experience couldn't go without comment. We will never return and will not recommend to anyone.response / report this review -

This cafe is amazing. Ticks all our boxes. Quality food at reasonable prices. Great atmosphere. A nice outdoor deck with an open grassed area and play equipment for the kiddies. And the service was great; the staff were very friendly and accommodating to our families numerous requests.

Great to see some NQ cafes/businesses aiming high, rather than just doing the same old dull thing over and over. Main thing: good coffee (with a double shot). But also: friendly, very smart fit out/decor, indoor/outdoor seating, licensed, kids play area, and the best fudge flavours I have ever seen anywhere in the world! On the big drive, it's rare to encounter such a high. Thanks!

Lovely service, good coffee and the lemon meringue was delicious though too much to eat - very filling! We stopped on our way up north as it is just a minor detour from the Bruce highway. Place is pretty high quality and has nice shaded outdoor areas.
