  First time using the automatic carwash since the new system was put in and it is terrible! A few seconds of water sprayed under, which stopped before I even got to the red light, less than 10 seconds of 'soap soak', poor water pressure that didn't get a single bug off my car or the cars behind me (I sat to watch to make sure it wasn't just me) and the blow dry sent my headlight protectors which haven't moved in 10yrs) clean off!! I paid $18 for this useless wash on my business credit card and the receipt didn't print out for me to claim the awful experience on my tax! There was nobody on site to speak to either, so hopefully this message will help them improve, but unfortunately I won't be coming back. The previous unit was amazing and did a great job, used it for years, such a shame.

  A little expensive doesn't seem to clean as good as it did before there upgrade byt still cleans ok and nice to have the blow dryer now
  But still nice to have car and dog wash in Bowen
