We booked a holiday house via their website. All were confirmed and money was charged. A week later they called me and advised the bookings was mistakenly taken due to their website error and asked me for $100 more to stay in the same house I booked, or they could cancel my bookings and refund. I travelled a lot and booked hundreds accommodations via internet, but this is really the only once experiences. Very unpleasant experience with them.

We stayed at Seascape and Mariner (1a and 4a Hanley Crt). Location was absolute beachfront and accommodation was clean, comfortable and had amazing views. The service we got from Langleys was brilliant too - they went out of their way to be helpful and thoroughly deserve this recommendation. Will definitely be back!

Perfect in every way.

I shouted my family a weekend away in Port Fairy and Somerled House was perfect. We had 7 adults and one baby, so the house was perfect (three bedrooms with queen/king sized beds and one with four bunks). The house is immaculately maintained, with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Langley's staff were brilliant to deal with, and provided us with an HIGHLY competitive rate (compared to internet sites which advertised the same house for double the price). The location of Somerled House is great - although not directly on the beach or river, it is a short walk to both. Would highly recommend both Langley's and Somerled House to anyone wishing to visit beautiful Port Fairy.

We stayed at Somerled House while my parents were visiting from US. The house was absolutely beautiful, we had everything we could possibly need, and lots of space for all 7 of us. The kids enjoyed a trip to nearby Warrnambool to Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village and the old fashioned Port Fairy Confectioner's Shop. The highlight of the trip for the adults was a morning walk around Griffiths Island where we came upon a group of wallabies. The staff at Langley's were lovely. We were extremely impressed, would love to return soon.
