  Had great deal and services previously, but in the last 2 visits no sales assistance came over to help for the first 10min and when they did they did not seemed keen to help. Just get the sense of decline in customer service. Please improve your service..

  This is the best JB branch I've shopped at. Staff very eager to do business, but not pushy like I found at other branches. Managed a reasonable discount and rep loaded goods into car for me. Would go there 1st next time.
