Be careful with this site, I have been waiting for the delivery for more than a week. When on the website they say they will deliver with 1-3 business days. They have been moving the package from 1 courier service to another, it always pending on delivery. Also for some reason my identity was leaked to the third party who sent me a text message with a link asking for payment to reschedule delivery.
Update: Helen from K'loft had contacted me to clarify the issue. Thank you. And reminder for other customers, be aware of the text messages with the link asking for payment for your package, it might be scam.
