Had a birthday party for my son here. The children loved it and I didn’t have to clean up! Emily, the owner, was lovely. Thank you for taking the stress out of kids parties.

Very disappointed. We’ve had birthday parties at Kidzmania for the last 3 years and service was expectional, but since the new owners have taken over, the service has gone down hill. The owner is very rude and she needs to improve her customer service skills. A smile and good service would make a huge difference. Think twice before booking a birthday party

My son loves this place. Today I just wanted to stay home and watch the Grand Final, and my son wanted to play. We went to Kidzmania. He was able to run around and I asked one of the friendly staff to change the channel to the game. Win-Win!!

I had my son's birthday party in the blue room. Room was freshly painted with a cars backfrop. Food and service were great. Highly recommend it :)

Awesome place. Amazing staff. Great food - the chips are better than maccas. Highly recommended. The kids LOVE the basketball hoop, and area with all the balls in it. Mega handy for a crappy weather day!

We held our event here. It was great, the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended if you are after a place to forget the kids for a few hours easily. Well done guys, keep up the good work, next time we will get you a big thank you hamper.

What a great place to spend some time with the kids. The coffee is better than I've had in any other centre. Has been recently renovated and most importantly it's CLEAN!!!!

Had my son's 4th birthday party here recently. We had such a great experience here, not to mention great memory. We booked in one of the weekdays and it was rather quiet so we rather felt like the whole place was ours to roam and we did not have to rush as much. Staff had been patient and helpful on my questions leading up to the event. All the food, including the adult platters, were served at perfect timing and were at the right temperature for us to enjoy. The foccacias were particularly delicious and toasty! They were too generous a serving for a crowd of 22, should have ordered small, but better too much than too little. Overall, such a pleasant experience, smooth event, so I was able to spend more time focusing on the people.

I had a nightmarish experience organising my kid's party here. If it was possible I wouldn't give any stars to this place. We confirmed the adult platter information 2 days in advance and when it was time to serve the food to our guests we were told that they were not aware of our order as the owner had not passed that information on to the staff!!! I had such a stressful time getting food over to my guests. And by the time some of the food arrived half of the guests were leaving.. I spent a considerable amount of money and my guests dint get the food. Pathetic service and they were not one bit apologetic about what happened. The place is spacious and that was why I chose this place but their customer service is shocking. My advice to people get your parties elsewhere where you can enjoy instead of being stressed!

Big open spaces for my son to run a muck! Everything in good condition. Not to mention clean. Food was quick! I'm comparing this place to some of the BEST I've been to that's why your only getting 3 stars. I would recommend this to friends! Overall good.
