Have a terrible experience with helloworld services. My husband bought flights with them online, it was all good right till the point when airlines (malindo, nice airline by the way) changed the flight times and flight numbers. Helloworld decided for us that we want to spend 9 hours in Kuala Lumpur airport for a layover instead of choosing better set of flights that were available! Available option was with only 3 hours layover! And it took a day of constant calling to them and to the airline to make flight changes that were appropriate, because the airline will do only one change without fee, and helloworld wasted that change for an ugly choice. They were trying hard not to pay the fee to the airline and not make the change. Very hard to deal with helloworld. Do not recommend helloworld and will avoid helloworld in future.
