Great little bar counter spot in Central Market. Solid tapas and wines to boot. Had the King George Whiting Slider which was on the specials menu and it was very nice which we complimented with a side of chips and a glass of Pines Riesling. In the evenings be sure to book a spot if you want to sit at the bar as it looks like bookings fill up quickly.

This place is amazing, with such great value! Was very busy on the day, so got a last minute booking and only had to wait 15 minutes. We were seated with a glass of water immediately, and our friendly waiter explored us through the specials. Food came promptly afterwards. All the dishes were fresh and were so flavourful, especially the Spanish style muscles and the Spanish chorizo (which had a beautiful smokey note). The ciabatta was a decent size, and perfect to absorb the tomato base, and chips were crunchy and well salted. Lobster tail was a bit dry, however overall I would recommend to book a table and order a variety of dishes to share with a friend.

Mussels thai style is as good as the reviews say, with big plump mussels perfectly cooked!! The chips were perfect too. Fun location within central market. The bar bench is slightly too tall for the stools / stools are slightly too low if you’re shorties like us. But doesn’t stop the food enjoyment. Watch out for kitchen hours as we saw a few people turned away for food!

A little slice of Spain in this unique food stall. Sit at the bar to watch your food being prepared or there's some separate tables (not recommended in winter). Best to book or be prepared to wait 30+ minutes. My wife love the mussels and fish here. I have the steak sliders which appear small but fill you up. Their hot chips are very good. Nice wine srlectikn too. Good service. Been coming to the markets for Friday dinner for 20+ years and this is our current favourite. Highly recommended.

Recommended place to eat in the Central Market. The food came out very quickly with good service. The food itself was delicious which fits with the vibe of the Central Market, especially on a Friday night. The only minor criticism was that the oysters were on the smaller side but they were yummy nonetheless.
