Just for a change from doing it ourselves, took the car in for a wash & vacuum - nothing too difficult, you'd think. They managed to scratch the bonnet, and somehow also managed to take the convex mirror off the passenger side wing mirror - fortunately, they put it inside the car on the seat for us to find.
Just proves the old saying: If you want something done right, better to do it yourself. Don't see any reason to go back. Avoid.response / report this review -

We paid $490 for a full detail and when we came back, we had to point out that there was still patches of dirt on the roof, the side panel, the back door, within the petrol opening cavity, the wheel rims, and areas in the engine were still dirty. We had to wait another half an hour to have this rectified and then halfway home we discovered a big wad of dirt between the seats and the gear shift panel was filthy as was the pull out cup holder.
We should not have to check the work if you are professional and take pride in your work.
Obviously we are not going back again and don't recommend anyone else go there either.response / report this review -

Hardev Singh is the owner of Jimmy’s Hand Car Wash.
His professionalism and eye for detail is outstanding.
Hardev is a real gentleman and all his staff are wonderful and they work as a real team.
I would never go anywhere else as no other car wash has come anyway near the quality of the finish they do on my car.
Thank you Hardev for being such a great gentleman and always going above and beyond with the quality of how you look after my car. Thank you to all your great staff.

Worst car wash place. Trust me, do not wast your time and money. $40 cleaning for inside and outside. Only 5 minutes spend they clean inside of my car and they didn't touch most of parts. Rubbish!!

The window cleaner bottle that was left upside down on my seat leaked. Rear shelf not wiped down. Outside cleaned well. Friendly staff

Just got car washed here. For $40 and two hours they did a rubbish job. Got water marks everywhere, didn't vacuum properly and didn't even wipe down inside door trims.

Very poor service, can't be trusted and won't be going back!
We paid Jimmy's Hand Car Wash $60 to clean our car. Staff damaged the windscreen and the Manager took no responsibility for it, telling us to claim for a new windscreen with our insurer.
We were due to go on a long family road trip the following morning which had to be delayed until the windscreen could be replaced.response / report this review -

Great service, and an even better finish. I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. They brought my paintjob back to life. Every seam and corner cleaned to perfection. Highly recommend Jimmy's! I will definitely be going there again.

PENDING MODERATION
I honestly believe that this is probably one of the worst car washes I've been to. Not only did it take a long time for attendant to come out and ready the ticket but its was the cleaning that was the worst part. In fact it came out more dirty from the inside then before I put it in. There were mud smudges from whatever wipe they used on the steering wheel and everywhere else. The outside still had dirt spots and bits stuck on it. The inside wasn't vacuumed properly and on-top of that they are pretty expensive. I know I won't be going back.
