Totally professional outfit from quoting to cleaning up after works were completed.
Anthony was obliging in every aspect of our dealings. The crew were respectful and clearly know what is expected when on site.
The finished concrete works look great and were started and completed as discussed at the quoting stage.

We chose ISM because of reviews found here and glad we did! Dealing with Anthony from ISM was easy. He is a straight shooter, no mincing of words or trying to convince me of what I don't want as previous concreters have tried on me. Direct, practical and straight to the point yet very understanding and willing to help. The team did 2 jobs for us, concrete around the entire home including wrap around stairs, pathways joining the driveway and also an internal repair to bathroom floor slab. Anthony gave great advice which also saved us money on the bathroom floor. The works completed around the house were on time and finished product including the colour chosen was better than samples he showed us. Dealing with us couldn't have been easy as we struggled to envision the bigger picture but Anthony was patient and his recommendation was better than our ideas. The team was efficient, professional, very approachable and they cleaned up once completed. I'd recommend ISM Concreting and will definitely use them again to do another project I'm planning.

I bought a house that was damaged by the previous owners and really let go by time of settlement. Dealing with tradies had been an absolute nightmare! When it came time for landscaping and just the outside in general, it terrified me in anticipation. I had some guys already butcher the front and sides (corner block) even knocking down the side fence and leaving me in the lurch. Thank GOD ISM concreting and constructions came out. I was so disheartened that I had literally lost all motivation and ideas, then Anthony came out and simply said "leave it to me" and I am so grateful I did!! He did what I expected a concreter to do but way surpassed my expectations in quality. Then they also did everything else I didn't expect like drainage, landscaping, rebuilt my retaining wall (bluestones) and THEY CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS! I have not seen any trades deliver this level of quality and tradesmen ship, EVER and I think what sums it up is that they cared. Do yourself the favour and have them come out to see your job first and You'll see the difference they bring. You'll save yourself the hassle, money and tears dealing with fools before you get them out to fix it and deliver in the end!!

Anthony concreted a Basketball Court in my back yard. Start to finish was a terrific experience. Calls were returned promptly questions answered professionally quotation submitted within 24hours. Anthony kept to his schedule was on time and his customer service and communication second to none, his pleasant team turned up and credit to him he has a hard working dedicated team to work with. I would highly recommend the ISM team.
