Absolutely disgusted by how dodgy and dishonest these people are. Tried to charge us almost DOUBLE the quoted price. Apparently GST wasn't included in the quote. Nor was labour. And they did other unnecessary things to jack up the price without even asking if we wanted it done. Stay far away from these scumbags!!

Poorly run business. Had my LPG "fixed" by this mob. Spent over $1500 in repairs. Got it going again, month later LPG turns again. Take it back, replaces things he reckons he said he could've done last time (no mention of this at all) $600 later and another month on LPG running worse and less mileage out of, lights on display screen always playing up, petrol in car going down quite a lot more. So to save your pocket and backwards and forwards I strongly suggest you go eslsewhere because not only are they a rip off their workmanship is very poor also!
Never tells you what work he's doing or a rough estimate price on what your looking at either.
A simple courtesy call on what's happening and price wise would be great but nope you just get a nice little bill shock when you arrive to collect your car

Not cheap but he's a VERY smart cookie and one of the original installers of LPG systems. If you don't want to replace deeply entangled plug leads or have a gas system problem, he will get it sorted.

Jepsons Automotives.

It was the worst experience I have ever had at an auto mechanic.

It cost $850 and 5 visits to come away with a car performing exactly as it was before they did anything.

If Power steering is his specality then I am not sure how he can perform any of his other tasks.

Tony may have been doing it for 30 years but what ever he learnt in 30 years he has forgotten.

Jepson Automotive = Total rip off. I used to get my car serviced regularly with Jepson Automotive for convenience because it was close to work. However it seemed that every time my car went there something "extra" needed to be done. I am happy to maintain my vehicle and I am happy to pay for work that NEEDS to be done. But JEPSON AUTOMOTIVE are liars.
DO NOT TRUST JEPSON AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES WITH YOUR VEHICHLE. They don’t perform the work they charge you for and then it costs you twice as much because you have to go to another mechanic to get the problem fixed.
There was a problem with a part on my car. Jepson Automotive told me that the part needs to be replaced. After charging me to replace the part on my car the exact same fault appeared and them they were going to charge me again to fix.
The fact was that Jepson Automotive had charged me to REPLACE the part and the part was only REPAIRED. The same part failed and then Jepson Automotive denied that it was the original part and claimed no responsibility. One small mechanical problem with Jepson Automotive magically turns into a very expensive chain of problems. This was not the only incident with Jepson Automotive but it will definitely be the last!
