Always a busy store, but helpful staff, great range, good prices. Very easy to find most brands in electrical products, with an excellent range of Blu rays, DVDs and CDs.

I am a DVD/electronics tragic and love shopping here. Staff always friendly and helpful, we both tend to drop in a minimum of once a week. They have always been able to supply wanted items or get them quickly if out of stock.

Generally a great store, but stock levels need to improve on computer department especially for a town the size of Bendigo. Wanted a particular laptop, they didn't have it in stock, went to another store they had heaps in stock. every other department is fantastic

Knowledgeable staff, good product range, great prices. JB is known for its range of music, movies and tv series, electronics, home entertainment and more. The Bendigo store is well laid out with lots of variety on offer

Not cheap at all compared to online prices. They won't price match unless it's from a brick and mortar stores, even than the price is more than what one would pay online. Good range of products though.

Five stars for after sales service. Simon, the store manager, went above and beyond. He should be commended for service. I had a problem with an expensive product I bought there some months ago. Simon resolved the issue straight away to my complete satisfaction. No hesitation or excuses like other places. He was polite, honest and friendly even though I was probably 'just another unhappy customer'. Thanks Simon, much appreciated. You've earned a loyal customer.

I had a wedding emergency that meant I had to go to JB Bendigo at the last minute to buy a camera. I knew little about cameras and was max stressed by the situation. The staff were all very kind and extremely helpful in getting me sorted and even though it was 7pm and their last hour there they were total bros and sorted me out with a great camera and gave me great advice on how to use it. 10/10 work and service. They should be commended.
