  The service is pretty good but the staff are not dressed in uniforms and some prices on goods other than music and dvd are a little bit high.

  Been using JBHifi since they worked out of Keilor with one store. If you want the best price this is the place to go. Others will say they do price matches but the conditions tend to be as long as your arm. If you have a genuine price match they will come to the party.

  Definitely a one stop shop for all of your electronics, dvd, music CD. Staff always willing to help out and very approachable. This is why I keep coming back. Great work JB HI-FI Ballarat 😊

  Staff is always lovely and polite! I think they just need to be interested in making conversation with a customer while working with them at the checkout

  The store was OK. Staffs seems like very busy. Waiting for awhile can't find what I am looking for. Maybe bit of greeting when staffs walk passed a customer would be good. Or let the customer know you will get back to them when you finished with other customers?

  Brilliant helpful staff. I wanted a CD (I know, who still buys CDs?) That wasnt in stock, and they went above and beyond to get it for me. Always a good experience.

  If I could give 0 I would. Online pickup. First person couldn't find it. 2nd person just plain rude when I didn't, after a long delay, want to prove my I'd again when I had already told him I had done it and the person was standing next to him. Then security stop me on the way out as no receipt. Print our in bag and one on phone. Incompetent.
