James and his young apprentice Emanuel, came a few times to install Downlights, install new cables for a new electric cookstove, installing new rangehood, making my home safe for other tradies such as plumbers to work in my home renovation etc.
Can't recommend James high enough, he is a gentle, kind, very reasonable costing of his work, very professional yet friendly, Excellent communicator, generous in doing other things without charging me, like moving power points, removal of old no longer telephone points/old house security system etc.
Warranty certificate comes wth the quote.
Had shopped around, more expensive quotes for same jobs and was asked for extra $100 to get the warranty certificate!!
James and Emanuel, always working with a smile on their faces, happy to lend a hand, excellent service, including cleaning after themselves which is a Bonus!
Very grateful for an Excellent job well done.

I had such a positive experience with James and wanted to jump on here and leave a good review for him because he deserves it. My partner and I hired him to do a few odd jobs around the house, mainly installing a couple of power points and light fixtures, as well as an exhaust fan in the bathroom. James was punctual and arrived at the time he said he would, and smashed out the job nice and quickly! He was friendly and easy to talk to (I had a couple of quotes from tradies who were a bit rude and abrupt), so having someone with a positive attitude was awesome! Very reasonable rates too, and he even came back the next day to help us reconnect an appliance we needed help with. Thanks for an awesome experience James - we won’t hesitate to hire you again if we need more work done!

I hired James to do a mix of light repair, new chandelier, exhaust fitting, new switches and replace outdoor lights. He was quick to respond with a quote compared to few others from whom getting a quote or getting them to respond was a struggle. I found him to be genuine, was clear on when he could handle the work and prompt in his communications. His quote was quite reasonable as well. On the day he was on time, clear and well planned on the work, minimising power outages when possible. I'll be sure to go back to James when any further work arises.
