The staff at Airstream are amazing they always go the extra mile to help there customers, nothing is ever a problem. Can't believe they offer such fantastic customer service, it such a rare thing to find now.

I don't usually do reviews but have had really good service that I felt I needed to show my appreciation. We purchased a system from Airstream in 2014 and have had no issues with it until the other day. I called up and they sent someone out that afternoon and it was sorted for me on that day. A sign of a good company for me is how they fix things when they go wrong as things always go wrong in life :-)

Leong was great to deal with and very informative. the installation crew were very fast, efficient and cleaned up after. service has been exceptional I would highly recommend as after care is also outstanding.
