Brilliant friendly service. Had a broken Macbook Air, was able to get repaired in 2 days without replacing the logic board. It actually makes me confident about buying future MBs, since I can always get them repaired if I do something stupid.

Absolute sensational customer service. I put in an online enquire and got a phone call a few hours later with pricing to upgrade my 2012 MacBook Pro. Yes very old MacBook but I like it as it still has the CD player and burner. After reading all the google reviews it was a no brainer. 5 star rating with over 250 reviews. Took in Monday and had it back on Tuesday. Can highly recommend. Frances thank you for upgrading my memory and Ram. It’s like a brand new MacBook.

Frances is an absolute champion and had my desk top in and out in no time. Had an issue with the screen and sent her photos of it. She couldn’t find any problems and never charged me for the inspection. Will go back for sure. Service and professionalism through the roof. Thank you
