  If you don't speak English perfectly, don't take the RSA course here. Getting racist outright can only hurt you. There are trainers who can't control their anger.
  
  If you don't speak English like native, do not take RSA course here. I had Mark Almond who was very aggressive all the time for RSA and two girls in the class experienced racial discrimination during the class. It was so unpleasant to see how he treated foreigners. I was very disappointed in the trainer.

  Completed the RCG Course here - great price against other places across Sydney offering the course.
  
  Receptionist was welcoming, training rooms are a good size for a small group, place is neat, presentable and a short walk away from the station - definitely easy to travel to whether it's by private or public transport.
  
  Had Geoff Knight as our trainer / assessor - his professional and down to earth approach, helped attendees receive a good understanding of the key fundamentals to complete the course. Really appreciate the style and form of how the information was delivered, to keep us engaged through the entirety of the course. Geoff's wealth of knowledge was also backed up by experiences that he was kind enough to share - thanks heaps for making the course enjoyable and informative Geoff!
  
  Received the interim certificate online, only a short few hours after completing the course - super efficient and if there are any other courses that are relevant for me to cover in the future, I'll be sure to consider Edway Training as my first option before looking else where!
