I attended a service today. All I want to say is.. All staff here make you feel very welcome regardless of where you are from. They go out of their way to make you feel so comfortable. Before, During and after the service. The Cedar room is very spacious for having refreshments post service. Food and coffee are always fresh.The Chapel is very modern and plenty of seating. The bathrooms are very clean.Highly recommended to say farewell to love ones. I give them 1000 stars for their effort. Special mention to Lionel and Chris.

I attended a service for a dear friend at this establishment as I have attended a number of funerals for friends and family in the area over the years. Until now I have never really been wowed by the funerals I have attended locally so I feel that this is worth a mention as this time I was. With the current situation of COVID-19 and the opposed restrictions the staff at John Hossack Funerals went above and beyond and deserve praise, they made sure the family where looked after as well as myself. I was privileged to be given a chance to say goodbye to my dear friend as a family member could not travel so this left a space for myself to attend. The service was also live streamed via the internet so others could also attend via that means. I thank all the staff for their care and attention to detail under what is extreme substances indeed. I can only imagine how hard it would also be for the staff to do what they do and make every service wonderful and dignified with the restrictions implied on them. Thank you to all the staff for making my friends final farewell a fitting one and so beautiful.
