Just opened a new shop and I’m completely new to retail. The team at iPos has been so helpful in establishing my POS. They have literally come out to my shop 6 times in the last ten days just to answer my questions. Their customer service and knowledge of their product is truly above and beyond anything I expected. Fair pricing too. Very highly recommended.

We have been using iPOS since 2016 and they have been excellent. We deal with a lot of prospective and regular suppliers and iPOS have been great to deal with from Day 1. From making my initial enquiry where I didn't know much about them to the showroom demonstration to the installation to the after-sales service, they have been very helpful, professional and timely. Whenever I have a question, they are helpful and will log on using Teamviewer to help. They take the time to explain and help you.

The actual POS system is very good - easy to understand and use, customisable (the user can add and modify without being a "techie"), solid without problems and looks good. It was all very competitively priced and they don't tie you up to a monthly user contract (this last point was very important to us - this can add hundred's if not thousand's of dollars a year for what?). It can be linked to ipads and that makes it easy to use.

Honestly, we don't write many reviews but when it's for a company that deserves credit for what it does, we are happy to endorse them. (We do not have any affiliation with them, just a customer that is very happy with the company). I have recommended them to friends and other businesses.

They have been in the industry for over 10 years thus they are very experienced in not only developing but also supporting the POS system. Further more they haven kept pace with new technology and trends, iteration new functions such like wechat pay and wechat ordering.

A wide range of POS systems, monitors & touch screens. Very knowledgeable in setting up the system and excellent customer service and after sale support. High Recommended iPOS.
