I rented a property through Instyle in 2021 with my friend and our dog and we were very happy with our experience. Our property manager was Joseph and he was fantastic. He and the agency made the rental process very easy for us. They were easy to communicate with, had good systems to log maintenance requests through, and were quick and helpful in resolving any requests or issues we had during our lease.

I had such bad experience with property managers that I just end doing it on my own until I discovered InStyle. From monthly reports, routine inspections, EOFY financial statements, to having access to your portfolio via propertyme. It is such a relief knowing there are property managers that do what they are meant to do. I am very grateful to Sarah, for finding us the right tenant, to Hollie, Janet for patiently responding to all our anxious emails and calls and to everyone at InStyle for their dedication to property management. My husband and I recently rented out our first house. As being new landlords we didn’t know what to expect or what our roles would be and a little apprehensive.
Our agent, Sarah Brady has been exceptional at guiding us through this process and making it completely stress free.
Unfortunately some maintenance issues arose since our tenants have moved in which could have potentially been an issue but Sarah has efficiently handled everything whilst keeping us informed so not only is our tenant happy with everything being fixed quickly but we are as well.
Highly recommend!
