  Saw a trailer advertised on Facebook. The build quality was absolutely atrocious. See photos, Gary was misleading in his description, and when I rang him after the inspection he said 'I'm just the salesman'. This trailer was supposed to be 3.5 tonne rated!

  I bought a trailer of these guys through eBay, they emailed me to either call or email them directly about payment. I called them and spoke to a guy named ‘GARY’. I asked whether cash, card or go with PayPal, he said don’t worry about PayPal, just come in and pay either cash or card upon pickup. Go there, 1hr drive to find out they sold it. They admitted to the mistake, and offered to build another trailer but I had to come back and pick it up, they would not compensate me for the two hrs of my time driving, and kept telling me that due to no payment, they sold it 🤯and funny how Gary wasn’t even there on the day. There was just no getting through to these guys, they wanted to charge me for them to deliver it, didn’t even want to throw in a spare tyre. Just no business sense or understanding of customer satisfaction. IDIOTS. Took my business somewhere else

  Strongest trailer I've ever seen. Powder coating is fabulous. Highly customisable to my specs. Easy to talk to management. Quick fabrication. Good price.
