Sofia was incredibly professional and listened to exactly what we needed helping us finding the perfect place to call home. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with our rental. I could not recommend someone better. Independent made everything run smoothly from there - sending us the documents, which we could sign everything digitally, and making communication super clear and efficient between us and the property manager.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting and organising for myself to be a tenant in a property managed by the lovely Liz. Liz was extremely professional, punctual, informative and kind throughout the whole application process. Liz responded to all my queries and questions, keeping me well informed about the progress of my application. It has been a great experience all around and I would definitely recommend Liz to anyone in need of a property agent!

I’m having a really bad experience with them. I have had multiple issues with my rent withdrawals in the past with the last one being very recently. The last two rent withdrawals have been wrong by $94 (extra), have tried to contact the agent that deals with my property several times by email and phone calls but never get a response. When I call to reception they say they will pass the message to her so she will get back to me and I haven’t been contacted for two weeks I’ve been trying to communicate with them. I have no phone to call to so they can fix the issue. It’s being beyond frustrating and I can even reach to anyone to talk to and get my problem fixed! Very unprofessional to say the least. I’m really NOT happy!
