We've been with Ash from City Strata for over a year and can only say good things about his expertise in the area of strata management. Keith, Ash and City Strata generally have been the epitome of high quality management within their own organization and also in terms of their understanding and execution of the requirements of strata management legislation.

It's a pleasure to work with Ash and a strata management group who take their job seriously and who want to see owners corporations working as optimally as possible. Thanks for your excellent service.

I note that the negative reviews listed here likely come from unit owners who have been asked to do what is required and under the obligations of strata laws. A good manager isn't there to make friends, they are employed to ensure that management is conducted as professionally as possible.. sometimes more difficult unit owners get upset as a result and they feel obliged to write nasty things online.

This management crew are a joke. Unable to achieve the most simply of things. They are more than happy to take administration fee then lie to your face. Tell you what you want to hear then carry on their unprofessional behaviour. Typical of strata managers in Canberra. Avoid at all costs!
