I am incredibly pleased with my new blinds that I ordered from Imperial Window Furnishings. My last blinds were from HD and that didn't last long. I researched and got recommend from neighbor to order from this company. They are experts in blinds and shades. They helped me with choosing the perfect blinds for my bedroom and bathroom. I will be ordering more for the other section of the home.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
I had a measure and quote booked for today at 12.30pm at 1.07pm when no one had arrived I rang the company who said they would contact the salesperson and get back to me with a time within a few minutes. When I had not received a call an hour later I rang again and was told the salesperson should have arrived by 1.15pm and they would call him and get back to me. I rang again several times with no answer. It is now 5pm and still no contact from the company or salesperson. I would recommend you avoid using this company, theybare unprofessional and unreliable and just never turn up.

TERRIBLE - DO NOT RECOMMEND. TOOK MONEY AND LEFT JOB OUTSTANDING. WOULD NOT RETURN CALLS. UNRELIABLE AND DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH.

They told me my job was complete and so I paid them in full promptly. Then I later found out from my tenants that the job was incomplete and not done properly, and they were supposed to return to later to finish it. I called them and they admitted that the job was unfinished but assured me they would return to address it. It's been 6 months and now they are no longer returning any of my calls or emails. At one stage they arranged to go back but never showed up.

They left me with two unfinished doors, one wouldn't close properly and the other one the handle broke off during installation - so I have two non functional doors. They don't stand by their work and are sloppy. They said door doesn't close because of frame, they didn't mention anything about the door being unable to close during the quotation or even after installation where the problem was evident but they gladly accepted payment as if the job was completed. How could you specialise in doors as your bread and butter when you can't fit and install a door properly?? And a broken handle during installation makes me wonder about the quality of materials used.

They could easily have turned this experience into a positive one by taking accountability and following through but they chose to ignore it and hope it goes away.

I've been patient and giving them the benefit of the doubt, but 6 months is unreasonable. Would not recommend to anyone. They are an outright dishonest Business who does not take any pride in their work or value customer service - unreliable!
