Purchased an item before realising it had already been installed on my car. Emailed the guys at 4wd1 for a refund and refund was done the moment the business opened. 👏

my partner ordered some parts for his jeep from these guys, he rang and spoke with John, was inquiring about 4 to 5 different products but John explained that the benefits my partner was after would not come through in the applications and ended up suggesting to stick with 1 of the 4 things. they could have made a fairly decent sales, but instead where more concerned with serving their customer in the best possible way. awesome guys and very knowledgeable, would defiantly recommend them
