I have not needed a broker before , but have been told they are extremely helpful by family and friends.
So after doing a Google search to find a broker in my closest local area and then scrolling through many Google reviews. I decided Green Light sounded like a good company. It has been a terrible experience of customer service. After leaving messages, (including an online form enquiry) my contact numberfollowed with promises to call back of which I ended up doing myself each and every time and then being told they are unlikely to be able to help, even though my situation was never discussed. And one final promise someone would call, I have been waiting over a month now to receive that final call back (which I have not). I am extremely disappointed. Poor customer service, especially as you seem to have very good reviews. You have lost a very good, kind client because of this. I hope no one else gets this type of customer service, and I don't understand why I received poor customer service.
