We experienced Maddy and his Team, including Harry and Vince to be the ultimate professionals. Their attention to detail and care made them the perfect hosts for my wife and I during our recent travels to Melbourne. Maddy was professional, helpful and understanding in the lead up to our wedding day. All drivers arrived on time, and were so friendly and lovely. The driver who took me said the most beautiful words as I left the car to walk down the aisle. A kind, thoughtful gesture that made me feel at ease in what was a bit of a nerve racking moment. Our car that picked us up at the end of the night was beautiful. The driver was so lovely and also very patient - particularly with us as we mucked around with a lot of goodbyes and tears.

What a great service provided by Maddy and his team. I used their services twice so far and I won't think twice in using them again in future . I needed a Chauffeur to drive my elderly dad and his wife from their home in Epping, Melbourne to a location in Melbourne CBD. They both advised me how prompt, polite, courteous and friendly the drivers were to them. Its a relief for me being in Sydney to know that my dad and his wife are in safe reliable hands. Thank you again for all your help and support

Excellent customer service guarantee, being very adaptable during the Victorian business restrictions, honouring a full refund due to having to cancel my wedding. This is very rare in my experience, when dealing with different wedding service providers. They went above & beyond to be sensitive to their customers situation. Highly recommend them.

Thanks Maddy for your help on our special day. Sam was absolutely lovely and able to be flexible with the times. He answered his phone promptly and therefore was able to cater to our last minute changes. Would definitely use again in the future.
