House and adjoining villa were lovely, clean and well stocked with towels/blankets/pillows etc. We had a group of 15 and there was plenty of food for breakfast both days and ample supply of tea, coffee and milk. Woke up to kangaroos and hot air balloons in the next paddock. Absolutely stunning location.

The Hunter Homestead is in a prime location in the Hunter Valley. The view of the Valley from our bedroom was incredible and a much needed city getaway. Gillian was a lovely host and provided all the essentials for breakfast on our first morning (bacon and eggs). The property was perfect for a big group (10) and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and would undoubtedly stay here in the future. Thanks Gillian

Gillian made sure there was a great batch of Eggs and Bacon ready for the BBQ for the morning meal! The property was amazing, rooms all well catered and comfortable (although one friend failed to notice the foldout of the couch and slept on the cushions!!)

Will undoubtedly be staying here again with friends and family, the location in the Hunter is secluded yet still convenient. The isolation provided by the homesteads location perfect for a gathering and getaway.
