Don't recommend baldivis store. If possible go to one in Rockingham off read street.

Drive thru is often very slow. Vehicle queue causes mayhem in the small carpark.

Disgusting rude staff including the manager who hides at the back after being extremely rude through the speaker! The staff don't know what are in their meals and made a guarantee that their new burgers were 100% chicken breast and when I got home clearly this wasn't true but the manager wasn't available to speak about it and my call was never returned. Today is the last time I go to the dirty Baldivis store where the staff clearly have no clue about customer service!

Disgusting.. Staff (including manager) shewing flies off themselves and waiting orders ! Dirty tables and floors, flies everywhere. Food and service was good however. I go to many hj's around Perth and they are all clean and free of insects. Lift your game Baldivis

Absolutely the worse takeaway outlet in Australia, just ordered my meal to get home and find i had what seemed 3 hour old chips, cold, hard, stale, i wouldn't even give them to my dog, the burgers ordered were cold and sloppy, pre heated, soggy, just crap and them there's the onion rings well that's the reason y there is 1 star, they were ok, but have to say the best bit of the meal. Tried to call the store multiple times with no answer. Better pray we don't get sick. All i can say is the burgers AREN'T better at hungry Jacks drive that little bit further get maccas.
