Terrible service. Food comes out from the same kitchen for the bar and the restaurant - yet we were not allowed to order sides from the restaurant menu, whilst ordering food from the bar menu as well. One of us tried sitting inside the restaurant to order the sides, then were told we were not allowed to walk out with them to our table. Not accommodating at all considering we have family who travelled from England to enjoy what Mandurah has to offer.
Food came out after close to an hour. My grandmother still hadn’t eaten.
Waitstaff came to our table and said she “pressed the wrong button” on the till and that we would have to pay extra if we wanted the meal we actually ordered. The audacity. After a long conversation with the bar manager he at least decided to refund the dish we ordered.
Small portions and not satisfying in the least.

Nice venue with scenic view and reasonable drink prices, we didn't dine so can't comment but menue is up there so food would have to be very good (wouldn't it)

Live just up the street from here and pop in from time to time.
Have to say this place has improved every time i visit.
The food has been excellent every time for last 10 visits and now even the quality of staff and customer service is top notch. Professional and friendly.
Amazing what can happen when a place hired people who seem to actually like thier job.

Great atmosphere. Not much to do for younger kids to keep them entertained. Best place for a girls or boys night and couples.

The best food, service and location ever! My hubby and I went to the Pen for date night and had the most wonderful food. The oysters were to die for, the pork belly roast melted in our mouths, the crackling fantastic, the creme brulee outstanding. I have told all my friends about the exceptional service and wonderful food. We will be back:)
