  I would like a personal mention to Maurice, who recently drove my parents to Brisbane Airport. He was punctual, professional, polite and had an abundance of stories that made their hour long journey feel like a few minutes! Thanks Maurice for making my parents laugh out loud! They thoroughly enjoyed their journey and hope to be driven by yourself again. Thanks Hughes!

  Ok. So. Our experience with the driver wasn't great. But we spoke to management and they really took our complaint on board. Investigated, came back with an apology and made good. So, I suspect our experience was a fluke. If management is as understanding and responsive as we found, I believe they must be better than we found them on the day.

  I have been using Hughes for years and up until now have been good.
  I booked a pick up to Gold Coast airport online a week prior to flight.
  Driver never showed up or called.
  This was a week before the floods.
  it took 25 minutes for their office to answer my call, there was no apology.
  Only response was "I don't know what happened".

  I have used Hughes in 2 states several times and will never use them again. Even after complaints and phone calls they just send any car they want. It's just a more expensive taxi service. If u order a Viano they will just send what ever is available and say sorry sir the other cars are busy. On our last 2 occasions they were significantly late also. Next time I'll use a professional company that does what they say they will.

  Picked my (now) wife and her bridesmaids up from their hotel to bring to our wedding. They said it was a pleasant and professional journey.
