Always coming here for Star Wars Black Series figures. Ryan who works here always the best. The place is not very busy but there's a lot of game variety and merch. Friendly staff and highly recommended

Burwood EB Games have the most easy going staff. Their merch quality is as high as high can go and their store layout isn't busy but has a place for everything. 10/10 would recommend!

The place is over priced. Whatever you can get here you can get it cheaper in target or bigW. The only good thing is that they have a lot of stock and lots of different options in terms of games

Staff were friendly and helpful, but only after being asked by us. It was fairly obvious that we were having trouble finding what we were looking for so it was a bit disappointing that nobody approached us first. However we had a nice chat and a joke as we were paying for our items. Overall happy with the service but would appreciate a bit more of a proactive approach from staff when it comes to greeting or offering assurance to customers

Love hanging out here when missus does her shopping. It’s basically an adult club instead of games for kids.
Staff are very friendly and helpful and they leave you to have your own private space to browse for items you want instead of following you around and makes you uneasy.
Of all the EB Games I’ve been, this one particular in Burwood I love the most. This is the kind of shopping which never bores me.response / report this review
